The Winchester Dialysis Care Unit is located at the renown Winchester Surgical and Medical Institute (W.S.M.I), the only one of its kind in Latin America and the Caribbean. The institute is owned and operated by a group of Jamaican Doctors who recognized the need to build a modern, technologically advanced, patient friendly and cost effective health care facility.
Our goal of providing a wide range of health care services under one roof makes us an excellent choice for patients tired of travelling from one doctors office to another. We provide Lab facilities for all major testing, x-ray and imaging, pharmacy to fill prescriptions, eyewear center for glasses and lens and a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in one comfortable environment.

Please call us at any of our contact numbers to discuss the cost per session. We are willing to negotiate based on your length of stay.

We accept USD, GBP and JMD as payment.

We require a transcript of your most recent blood tests, including HIV,HEP B, HEP C and staph. aureus nose swabs.

Documentation of your last three (3) sessions of Haemodialysis.

We cannot guarantee booking with less than two weeks notice, however we will do our best to accomodate you in the case of special circumstances.
